【 Storage method 】

【 Product selection and application 】

1, this product is widely used in following, caulking, fixing used in electronic parts and mechanism design on the caulking and then, can be used single-component product operation because the single component is easy to use, do not need to mix. Gum itself does not contain corrosive components.

2, the adhesive bonding range is very wide, bonding metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, iron, steel, alloy zinc, etc.; Resin, nylon, styrene, acrylic resin, plastic, ABS resin; FRP, all kinds of rubber, natural rubber, synthetic rubber, mixed rubber; EPDM, inorganic materials, concrete, mortar, natural stone, ceramic tile, glass, ceramic; Natural materials, wood, synthetic fiber leather, cloth, cardboard and so on can be bonded.

【 Usage method 】

① Clean the surface of the adhesive first, remove rust, oil, dust, water vapor, etc., and make it dry and clean.

② Apply glue evenly on the treated working surface, if both sides are coated with glue, the glue thickness must be uniform.

(3) Fix the adhesive parts after positioning and combining for 5-10 minutes, during which no shift should occur to make it initially fixed.

④ Initial curing after bonding combination should be 1-2 hours, and complete curing should be more than 24 hours.

⑤ If the component fails to be glued due to displacement, it should be glued again.

⑥ In order to make the bonding component stick as soon as possible, please place it in a ventilated place after gluing.
