LOCTITE® 262 is a red, general-purpose, medium to high strength, thixotropic, methacrylate-containing adhesive. The initial setting time for steel is 15 minutes, for brass it is 8 minutes, and for stainless steel it is 180 minutes. It fluoresces under ultraviolet light for monitoring. An ideal product for preventing any migration of the adhesive. It can tolerate slight contamination of industrial oils. Suitable for all metal fasteners.
