Product Introduction:
Rheoube 377AL is part of Nye’s general gear grease production line. It has achieved great success in planetary gears used in air starter motors. These applications include power plant facility pump drives, reciprocating and gas turbine engines, turbine air starters in the oil and gas industry, and air starters in shipping, workboats, and mining industries. The gears operate at speeds of up to 12,000 revolutions per minute, which causes alternative gear greases to fly out and not reattach to the gears. Rheoube 377AL is designed to enable the grease to bind and adhere to the planetary gears at the required speed, thereby addressing this challenge. It has a soft consistency and light viscosity corresponding to the ISO viscosity grade 46. This extreme pressure grease has rust prevention and polytetrafluoroethylene reinforcement functions.
