Dispense the required amount, position the components, and expose the bond line to a validated UV source. For full curing of surfaces exposed to air, suitable short-wave UV output is also required. Heat curing can be performed by maintaining the bond area at 121°C for approximately 30 minutes. Activator curing uses LOCTITE Activator 7075 on one surface and adhesive on the other, with handling strength developing in about four minutes for small gaps.
