LOCTITE® 384 is white to off-white, single-component, thermally conductive, modified polyurethane paste adhesive, bonding heat-generating components to heat sinks. The high thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation for heat-sensitive components, and the controllable strength also allows on-site maintenance services. The maximum applied value should be limited to 500V.
