Typical physical properties include a density of 0.95 g/cm³, an open time of approximately 40 seconds, and a viscosity of about 6,000 cP at 191°C. The recommended application temperature is 177°C to 196°C. Its ball-and-ring melt point is approximately 88°C, while published temperature resistance is about 60°C under the specified dead-load test. These values are representative and should be verified in the actual assembly before production approval.

It can also join wood, coated or uncoated corrugated board, fabrics, foams, ceramics, glass, acrylic, and selected lightweight substrates. Typical uses include product assembly, attaching, securing, repairing, panel bonding, wire tacking, bundling, sealing, encapsulating, rigidizing, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and sample-board production.

Its low-temperature flexibility and impact resistance help bonded parts tolerate normal handling and service movement. The adhesive also provides useful shear and peel strength for lightweight industrial components. Application and Storage Guidance

Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, moisture, and release agents. Plastic surfaces may be wiped with isopropyl alcohol when compatible with the substrate. Dispense a controlled bead, join the parts within the available open time, and maintain correct alignment while the adhesive cools.

Molten adhesive and applicator tips can cause serious thermal burns, so operators should use suitable heat-resistant gloves, eye protection, and safe handling procedures. Store unopened material between 16°C and 27°C at 40% to 60% relative humidity, away from direct sunlight. The recommended shelf life is 24 months from the manufacturing date when stored in the original packaging.
