KONISHI SL210W Elastic Adhesive offers very rapid skin formation, supporting shorter handling times and efficient production cycles. Konishi publishes a typical skin-over time of approximately two to five minutes at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. The ready-to-use one-part format eliminates weighing and mixing, reduces operator error, and works with cartridge dispensing systems for manual or automated application.
The cured adhesive remains elastic instead of becoming brittle. This flexibility helps distribute stress between different substrates and improves resistance to shock and vibration. The formulation is designed without tin compounds and without low-molecular-weight cyclic polysiloxanes associated with electrical contact problems, making the product particularly relevant to sensitive electrical and electronic manufacturing.
Typical uses include bonding and filling speaker components, digital-camera mechanisms, electronic housings, sensors, connectors, small motors, and other precision parts.
