LOCTITE® 2701 is a green, low-viscosity, high-strength, methacrylate-containing thread locking adhesive, especially suitable for chromate-passivated surfaces. The initial curing time on steel surfaces is 10 minutes, 4 minutes on brass, and 25 minutes on stainless steel. Tolerates slight industrial oil contamination. Suitable for all metal fasteners. Fluoresces under ultraviolet light.
