Weak or crumbling concrete should be removed until a stable base is exposed because bonding over loose material may result in the entire surface layer detaching.
Dispense equal volumes of Part A and Part B onto a clean mixing surface. Blend thoroughly with the supplied spatula until the mixture is completely uniform. Apply it immediately and evenly to the bonding area, filling gaps where necessary. Join the components, adjust their position quickly, and secure them against movement during curing. After use, close each tube with its correct cap to prevent contamination.
